In order to return product for any reason to Chipmax, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

- Reason you are returning it. The more descriptive you are, the more expedient your return may be processed. Please leave more details then simply "Does not work".

- Copy the above information from items 1 - 4 and send it to rma@chipmax.com
- You will receive a reply with your RMA number and instructions on how to complete the return.
